You are individual and unique, meaning that your nutritional journey should be too. We spend the time to deeply understand your situation, motivators and goals and create a solution tailored just for you.

We take a fresh new, practical approach to dietetics which focuses on the root cause of why we eat the way we do. We take a mindful approach and encourage you to reconnect with your bodies wisdom. 

We support you

We believe that healthy eating should be an enjoyable part of everyone's life which means that we will not be the food police, perform "weigh ins"  or be critical of body diversity. We support clients to make healthful choices whilst supporting a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Longer sessions

We fully commit to each and every patient to ensure that we deeply understand your personal situation, circumstances and specific goals. That's why we offer 60-minute initial consultations and 45-minute follow-up sessions.

You can rest assured knowing that you are recieving expert advice from an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist
